AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, VIR- <br />GINIA, 1961, BY REPEALING SECTION 5-33 THEREOF PERTAINING TO <br />THE PAYMENT OF A PERCENTAGE OF GROSS REVENUE IN LIEU OF LICENSE <br />TAXES BY INTEAURBAN BUS COMPANIES. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />1961, be amended by repealing Section 5-33 thereof. <br /> <br /> 2.
