AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $190,000. FROM T~E GENERAL CAPITAL <br />IMPROV~V~ENT FUND FOR DRAINAGE AND OTHER IMPROV~ENTS TO RIVER <br />SHORE ROAD AND HEDGEROW LANE. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of One Hundred Ninety Thousand <br />and 00/100 ($190,000.)
