AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $15,000. FROM THE PORT FACILITIES <br />DEBT. SERVICE FUND FOR PAYMLENT FOR LEGAL SERVICES 'RENDERED TO <br />THE PORTSMOUTH PORT AND iNDUSTRIAL CO~4ISSION iN THE DRAFTING <br />OF DOCU~NTS AND THE CONDUCTING OF NEGOTIATIONS CONCERNING THE <br />SEA-I~AND TEP~MINAL FACiLiTY. <br /> <br /> B~ it ordained by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth~ Virginia, that the sum of Fifteen Thousand and 00/100 <br />($15,000.)
