AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $102,465. FROM TILE GENERAL CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO HARRIS ROAD AND AFTON <br />PARKWAY. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of One Hundred Two Thousand, <br />Four Hundred Sixty-five and 00/100 ($102,465.)
