FROM THE GENEP~AL CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE RENOVATION OF TH~'~ ~iUN!CIPAL' - AND~ JLa/E- <br />NILE AND DOMESTIC RELATIONS COURTS. <br /> <br />Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth~ Virginia, that the sum of Fifty-four Thousand and no/100 <br />($54,000.)
