PORTSMOUTH, ViR- <br />GINIA, 1973, BY ADDING SECTIONS 23-194, 23-194.1 A~CD 23-194.2 <br />THER~ETO PERTAINING TO [~2AKING LANE PLACE, A PORTION OF BUTLER <br />STREET, AND A PORTION OF WILLIA~[S STREET ONE WAY. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia; that <br /> <br /> 1. The Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />1973, be amended by adding Sections 23-194, 23-194.1 and 23- <br />194.2 thereto, such added sections to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 23-194. Butler Street bet~een Leckie Street and <br /> Lane Place. <br /> <br /> (a) Butler Street, between Leckie Street and Lane <br />Place is hereby designated a one way street. <br /> <br /> [b) It shall be unlawful for any person to drive a <br />vehicle south on Butler Street between Leckie Street and Lane <br />Place. <br /> <br />Section 23-194.t. Lane Place between Butler Street and Williams <br /> Street. <br /> <br /> (a) Lane Place, between Butler Street and Williams <br />Street is hereby designated a one way street. <br /> <br /> (b) It shall be unlawful for any person to drive a <br />vehicle east on Lane Place between Butler Street and Williams <br />Street. <br /> <br />Section 23-194.2. Williams Street between Lane Place and Leckie <br /> Street. <br /> <br /> (a) Williams Street, between Lane Place and Leckie <br />Street, is hereby designated a one way street. <br /> <br /> (b) It shall be unlawful for any person to drive a <br />vehicle north on Williams Street between Lane Place and Leckie <br />Street. <br /> <br /> 2.
