Alq ORDINANCE ~MENDING THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA, <br />i973, BY REPEALING SECTION 23-174 THEREOF PERTAINING TO ONE-WAY <br />STREETS. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that: <br /> <br /> 1. The Code of the City of Portsmouth~ Virginia, 1973, <br />be amended by repealing Section 23-174 thereof, for the purpose <br />of permitting two-way traffic on Columbia Street between Court <br />Street and Crawford Street. <br /> <br /> 2.
