That the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />1973, be amended by amending Section 40-76 of said Code, such <br />amended section to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 40-76. Office Residential 0R-75 District uses. <br /> <br /> (a) Within the Office Residential OR-75 District the <br />following uses are allowed: <br /> <br />Accessory uses and structures incidental to any permit- <br /> ted residential use, such as servants' quarters, <br /> garages, greenhouses or workshops, provided that <br /> none shall be rented or occupied for gain, that no <br /> accessory building shall be inhabited by other than <br /> employees of the owner, lessee or tenant of the pre- <br /> mises, provided that no accessory building to be <br /> used for living quarters shall be constructed upon <br /> a plot until the construction of the principal build- <br /> has been commenced. <br />Agencies and offices Dendering specialized services in <br /> the professions, finance, real estate and brokerage, <br /> including service agencies not involving on-premises <br /> retail orwholesale trade, nor maintenance of a stock <br /> of goods for sale to the general public. <br />Apothecary shop operated as a retail use within a build- <br /> ing, the primary use of which is for a hospital, <br /> clinic, or physicians' offices, provided, that said <br /> apothecary shop shall sell only drugs, prescription <br /> medicines (both ethical andl proprietary), medicinal <br /> <br /> <br />
