AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA, <br />1973, BY AMENDING SECTIONS 9-85 and 9-86 THEREOF SO AS TO CHANGE <br />THE VOTING PLACES FOR PRECINCTS NOS~ 21 AND 22. <br /> <br />Virginia: <br /> <br />BE ITORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br /> <br /> That the Code of the City of ortsmouth, Vlrglnla, 1973, <br />be amended by amending Section 9-85 and 9-86 thereof, such amended <br />sections to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 9~85. Precinct No. 21. <br /> <br /> The voting place for Precinct No. 2I shall be at the <br />Joh~ F~ Kennedy Co--unity Center in Douglas Park. <br /> <br />Section 9-86.
