AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $640,000. FROM THE GENEP~AL FUND <br />FOR TRANSFER TO THE DEBT SERVICE FUND FOR THE RETIREMENT OF <br />DEBT. <br /> <br /> - Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia~ that the sumof Six Hundred Forty Thousand <br />and 00/100 ($640,000.)
