Section 2-342. Duties of Committee of Education Interests° <br /> <br /> The Comm~ittee of Education Interests shall have the <br />duty of regularly advising city council and the cable televi- <br />slon franchise operator as to th~ specific applications~ a!lo- <br />cations~ programming and other policy decisions affecting the <br />operation of the education access channel.
