AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $15,000. FROM THE GENERAL CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE SCALES AT THE CITY IN- <br />CINERATOR. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of Fifteen Thousand and 00/100 <br />($15,000.)
