T%at Section 3 of the Classification and Pay Plan <br />Or~mnance of the ~v <br /> '' C~= of Portsmouth, 1974-75, be amended ~y <br />addinc the following classifications and grades thereto: <br /> <br />CLA. That the Classification and Pay Plan of the City of <br />Portsmouth, 1974-75, be amended bv adding thereto a new section <br />n:m~ered 3.1, such new section to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 3.1. Assistant Co~monwealth Attorneys; <br /> Speci~i Provisions <br /> <br /> Al! assistant co~onwealth attorneys compensated in ac- <br />cordance with Section 3 of this ordinance shall de%~ote their full <br />time to performance of their official duties. All pertinent por- <br />tions of this ordinance shall be applicable to assistant co~mon- <br />wealth attorneys who are compensated pursuant to provisions of <br />Section 3 insofar as such provisions do not conflict with state <br />law or regulations. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Vir- <br />ginia, at a meeting held January 28, 1975. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
