Fuel oil and kerosene for heating purposes in above- <br />ground containers not exceeding two hundred and <br />seventy-five (275) gallons individual capacity or <br />five hundred and fifty (550) gallons aggregate capa- <br />city. <br /> <br />Grounds for games or sports, parks, country clubs, <br />recreational and community center buildings, and <br />other similar activities not operated for profit. <br /> <br />Incidental accessory retail uses such as cafeterias, <br />gift or variety shops, soda bars conducted solely <br />for the conv~%ience of the employees, patients, patrons <br />or visitors on the pr~mises, wholly within the princi- <br />pal building and without exterior advertising display. <br /> <br />Incidental home occupations as defined in section 40-31. <br /> <br />Incidental keeping on nontransient boarders or lodgers <br />by a resident family, provided not more than fifty (50) <br />per cent of the total floor area in one dwelling used <br />for living purposes is devoted to such occupancy° <br /> <br />Nonconforming uses and structures as provided in sections <br />40-32 through 40-38. <br /> <br />Offices for doctors, la%~ers, dentists, architects and <br />engineers, conducted within the principal building but <br />only by a person resident in the building, provided <br />that not more than one person not a resident of the <br />premises is employed and that not more than twenty- <br />five (25) per cent of the total floor area in any dwell- <br />ing unit is devoted to such use. <br /> <br />Offices operated as an incidental home occupation where <br />no contact is made with the general public, provided <br />that no more than twenty-five (25) per cent of the total <br />floor area in any dwelling unit is devoted to such occu- <br />pancy. <br /> <br />Police and fire stations. <br /> <br />Public schools° <br /> <br />Public utility distribution lines, transformers and <br />necessary related facilities° <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
