Barber, beauty and other personal services conducted <br />within the principal building but only by a person <br />resident in the building. <br /> <br />Churches and places of worship, including parish <br />houses and educational buildings° <br /> <br />Day nurseries and kindergartens. <br /> <br />Dwellings, multi-family, in structures of five (5) or <br />more stories where the ground floor is devoted solely <br />to non-residential uses authorized in this zoning dis- <br />trict. <br /> <br />Dwellings, single-family. <br />Dwellings, two-family. <br />Fuel oil and kerosene for heating purposes in above- <br />ground containers not exceeding two hundred and seventy- <br />five (275) gallons individual capacity or five hundred <br />and fifty (550) gallons aggregate capacity. <br /> <br />Funeral homes and undertaking establishments. <br /> <br />Croun~s for games or sports~ parks: country club.s, re- <br />creational and community center buildings and other <br />similar activities not operated for profit. <br /> <br />Incidental accessory retail uses such as cafeterias, <br />gift or variety shops, soda bars conducted solely for <br />the convenience of the employees, patients, patrons or <br />visitors on the premises wholly within the principal <br />building and without exterior advertising display. <br /> <br />Incidental home occupation as defined in section 40-31. <br /> <br />Incidental keeping of nontransient boarders or lodgers <br />by a resident family provided not more than twenty- <br />five (25) per cent of the total floor a-rea in one <br />dwelling unit used for living purposes is devoted to <br />such occupancy. <br /> <br />Laboratories for research and testing. <br /> <br />Lodges, fraternal and social organizations provided <br />that any such establishment shall not be conducted pri- <br />marily for gain. <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
