(b) Within the Commercial C-1 District the following <br />uses may be permitted upon the granting of a use permit as pro- <br />vided in this article: <br /> <br />Automotive service stations. <br /> <br />Group homes. <br /> <br />Group residence. <br /> <br />Lodges, fraternal and social organizations, provided that <br /> any such establishment shall not be conducted primarily <br /> for gain. <br /> <br />(c) For dimensional requirements, see Article Vi, section <br /> <br />40-132. <br /> <br /> 2.
