Incidental home occupation. Any use conducted entirely <br />within a dwelling, and carried on by the occupants thereof which <br />use is clearly incidental and secondary to the use of the dwelling <br />purposes and does not change the character thereof, and in connection <br />with which there is no display~ no stock-in-trade nor commodity <br />sold upon the premises and no person, not a resident of the premises, <br />is employed specifically in connection with the incidental home <br />occupation, and in connection with whlch tne~e is no personal physical <br />services performed. <br /> <br /> Industrial use° Any use permitted by this chapter in an <br />industrial ' ' <br /> d~sr-rlct. <br /> <br /> Ju~<o Old or scrap copperl brass, rope~ rags, batteries, <br />paper~ trash~ rubber debrisv waste, or junkedv dismantled or <br />wrecked automobiles, or parts thereof, iron~ steel, and other old <br />or scrap ferrous or nonferrous material. <br /> <br /> Junkyard. An estab!isbnnent or place of business which is <br />maintained, operated or used for storing, keeping~ buying or selling <br />junk, or for the maintenance or operation of an automobile graveyard, <br />but not including a "scrap processor" as herein defined. <br /> <br /> Kennel. Any place in or at which dogs are kept under any <br />one or more of the following conditions: <br /> <br />(1) More than ten (i0) dogs of more than four (4) months <br /> <br />of age~ <br /> <br /> (2) More than four (4) dogs of more than four (4) months <br />of age that are not penned at all times; or <br /> <br /> (3) Any number of dogs that are kept for the purpose of <br />sale or rental or in connection with the boarding, care or breeding <br />for which any fee is charged. <br /> <br /> Mobile home. Any factory assembled vehiclewith necessary <br />service connections which is mounted or designed to be mounted on <br />wheels and which is permanently used or intended for permanent~ <br />long-term use as a dwelling, but not parked an~ unoccupied camping <br />type trailers. Any such vehicle shall be deemed to be a mobile <br />home %~Lhether or not the wheels have been removed therefrom and <br />whether or not resting upon a temporary or permanent foundation° <br /> <br /> Mobile home park. Any tract of land of at least ten (10) <br />contiguous acres under unified ownership used for the rental of <br />mobile home lots which will provide a satisfying living environment <br />for mobile home residents on a long-term occupancy basis. <br /> <br /> <br />
