Dwellings~ multi-family. <br /> <br />Dweltings~ multi-family attached row~ without common <br /> interior halls or entrances. <br /> <br />Dwellings, single-family. <br /> <br />Dwellings, two-family. <br /> <br />Fuel oil and kerosene for heating purposes in above-ground <br /> containers not exceeding two hundred and seventy-five <br /> (275) gallons individual capacity or five hundred and <br /> fifty (550) gallons aggregate capacity. <br /> <br />Government buildings. <br /> <br />Grounds for games or sports, parks~ country clubs, rec- <br /> reational and community center buildingsand other sim- <br /> ilar activities not operated for profit. <br /> <br />Incidental accessory retail uses such as cafeterias, <br /> gift or variety shops, soda bars conducted solely for <br /> the convenience of the employees~ patients, patrons, <br /> or visitors on the premises, wholly within the principal <br /> building and without exterior advertising display. <br /> <br />Incidental home occupations as defined in section 40-31. <br /> <br />Incidental keeping of nontransient boarders or lodgers by <br /> a resident family, provided not more than fifty (50) <br /> per cent of the total floor area in one dwelling used <br /> for living purposes is devoted to such occupancy. <br /> <br />Libraries, museums and art galleries. <br /> <br />Lodges~ fraternal and social organizations, provided that <br /> any such establishment shall not be conducted primarily <br /> for gain. <br /> <br />Nonconforming uses and structures as provided in sections <br /> 40-32 through 40-38. <br /> <br />Office buildings and professional offices. <br /> <br />Offices for doctors, ta%~yers, dentists, architects and <br /> engineers, conducted within the principal building but <br /> only by a person resident in the building, provided that <br /> not more than one person not a resident of the premises <br /> is employed and that not more than twenty-five (25) per <br /> <br /> <br />
