AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $101,OOO. FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVE- <br />MENT FUND IN THE CATEGORY OF PUBLIC BUILDINGS, URBAN TRANS- <br />PORTATION (STREETS AND HIGHWAYS) AND PUBLIC SAFETY. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of One Hundred One Thousand and <br />OO/1OO ($101,OOO.)
