AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $17,500. FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT <br />FUND FOR ARCHITECT AND ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR DESIGN OF THE <br />MASTER PLAN, AND CONSTRUCTION PLANS OF C~URCHLAND'PARK. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of Seventeen Thousand, Five <br />~undred and 00./100 ($17,500.)
