<br />City Tax Plate 34.

<br />land, lying and being in the City of Ports-
<br />mouth, Virginia, and comprising that portion
<br />of Holladay Street, which is bounded on the
<br />East by the Western right of way line of Elm
<br />Avenue, and on the West by the Eastern right
<br />of way line of Armstrong Street, as shown on
<br />City Tax Plate 40.

<br />(4) Ail that certain piece or parcel of
<br />land, lying and being in the City of Portsmouth,
<br />Virginia, and comprising that portion of Mounm
<br />Vernon Avenue as shown on a plat entitled,
<br />"Plat Showing Portions Of Mount Vernon Avenue
<br />And Wool Avenue To Be Closed, Portsmouth, Vir-
<br />ginia, For Mount Hermon Conservation ~d Re-
<br />development Project VAR-69", prepared by Baldwin
<br />and Gregg, Ltd., Engineers, Surveyors, Planners,
<br />Portsmouth, Virginia, dated August 18, 1975,
<br />and revised February 13, 1976, a copy of which
<br />is attached hereto. ~

<br /> AND BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the same are hereby
<br />closed and vacated as p~lblic Streets, that the City of Ports-
<br />mouth, Virginia reserves unto itself perpetual easements,
<br />rights, and privileges to install~ maintain, operate, and
<br />replace gas mains, sewer mains, sewer drains, sanitary
<br />sewers, storm drains, water mains and laterals, and electric
<br />power lines, within, over, under and across those portions of
<br />(1) Wool Avenue; (2) Primrose Street; (3) Holliday Street and
<br />(4) Mount Vernon Avenue, heretofore described.
