AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $323~149. FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVE- <br />MENT FUND FOR THE BALANCE OF THE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR <br />CHURCHLA~D PRIN-ARY AND PRELIMINARY ARCHITECTUR~ FEES AND DE- <br />SIGN COSTS FOR THE PROPOSED REPLACEMENT OF JAMES HURST ELE- <br />MENTARY SCHOOL. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of Three Hundred Twenty-three <br />Thousand, One Hundred Forty-nine and 00/100 ($323,149.) <br />Dollars be, and the same hereby is, appropriated from the Capi- <br />tal Improvement Fund for the balance of the construction con- <br />tract for Churchland Primary and preliminary architectural fees <br />and design costs for the proposed replacement of James Hurst <br />Elementary School. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Vir- <br /> ginia, at a meeting held October 26, 1976. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
