AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, VIR- <br />GiNIA, 1973, BY ~4ENDING SECTION 32-35 THE~OF, PERTAINING TO <br />FEES FOR PROCESSING STREET CLOSURE APPLICATIONS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of %he City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Section <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, <br />as follows: <br /> <br />32-35 of the Code of the City of <br />be amended and reordained to read <br /> <br />Section 32-35. Street Closure Application; Fee for <br /> Processing Same. <br /> <br /> Ail street closure proceedings shall be com- <br />menced by filing an application for closure <br />with the director of the office of planning. <br />All applications shall be submitted on forms <br />prescribed by the director. There shall be a <br />fee of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) payable <br />to the City for processing such application. <br />The planning director shall not receive any <br />application unless such fee be paid at the time <br />the application ms filed. <br /> <br /> 2. This ordinance shall be effective from the date of <br />its adoption. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Vir- <br />ginia, at a meeting held October 12, 1976. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
