AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $15,500. FROM THE GENERAL FUND <br />FOR THE PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT AND SALARIES FOR THE COMMON- <br />WEALTH ATTORNEY'S OFFICE FOR INVESTIGATION AND PROSECUTION <br />OF WELFARE FRAUD CASES. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the C~ty of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of Fifteen Thousand, Five Hund- <br />red and 00/100 ($15,500.)
