AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $143,000. FROM THE GENERAL REVENUE <br />SHARING TRUST FUND IN T~ CATEGORY OF CAPITAL EXPENDITURES - <br />DRAINAGE AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the C~ty of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of One Hundred Forty-three <br />Thousand and 00/100 ($143,000.)
