FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVE- <br />MENT FUN~ FOR SURVEYING~ ENGINEERING AND COSTS RELATED TO OB- <br />TAININGARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERING PE~4IT FOR CITY OF PORTS- <br />MOUTH'S FIVE YEAR DRAINAGE PROGRAM. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of Twenty Thousand· and 00/100 <br />($20,000.)
