AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $10,140. FROM THE FEDERAL GRANTS <br />FU~rD FOR THE PURCHASE OF A T~LVE PASSENGER VAN AND MISCEL- <br />LANEOUS EQUIPMENT FOR THE PORTSMOUTH SENIOR CITIZENS CENTER. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the C~ty of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of Ten thousand, One Hundred <br />Forty and 00/100 ($10,140.)
