FROM THE FEDERAL GRANTS <br />FUND FOR A STATUS OFFENDER PROGRAM WITHIN THE JUVENILE COURT <br />SERVICES UNIT. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of Eighteen Thousand, Four <br />Hundred Fifty-three and 00/100 ($18,453.)
