AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $36,000. FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVE- <br />MENT FUND FOR THE INSTALLATION OF WETTED BAFFLES IN THE CITY <br />INCINERATOR. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of Thirty-six Thousand and 00/100 <br />($36,000.)
