PARCEL III - Portsmouth Boulevard A portion beginning approximately 130 feet west from Seventh Street and ex- tending approximately 115 feet east from Green Street. This closure involves only the northern right-of-way of Portsmouth Boulevard, having a width of 50 feet. PARCEL IV - Nelson Street Ail that certain piece or parcel of land, lying and being in the City of Ports- mouth, Virginia, and comprising that por- tion of Nelson Street which is bounded on the west by the eastern right-of-way line of Seventh Street and on the east by the western right-of-way line of Sixth Street. AND, BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the same are hereby closed and vacated as public streets, that the City of Portsmouth, Virginia reserves unto itself a 30 foot perpetual easement, 15 feet on each side of the center line in those portions of Ninth Street heretofore described in Parcel II, with rights and priv- ileges to install, maintain, operate and replace gas mains, sewer mains, sewer drains, sanitary sewers, storm drains and water mains. The City of Portsmouth, Virginia also reserves unto itself a 60 foot perpetual easement, 30 feet on each side of the center line in those portions of Portsmouth Boulevard heretofore described in Parcel III, with rights and privileges to install, maintain, operate and replace gas mains, sewer mains, sewer lines, sanitary sewers, storm drains and water mains. The City of Portsmouth, Virginia also reserves unto itself a 20 foot perpetual easement, 10 feet on each side of the center line in those portions of Nelson Street heretofore de- scribed in Parcel IV, with rights and privileges to install, maintain, operate and replace gas mains, sewer mains, sewer drains, sanitary sewersj storm drains and water mains.
