FROM THE FEDERAL GRANTS <br />FUND FOR THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DIVISION WITHIN THE OFFICE <br />OF ECONOMIC ANALYSIS AND ILrFORMATION. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of Sixty-five Thousand, Six <br />Hundred Twenty-five and 00/100 ($65,625.)
