FROM THE FEDERAL GRAi~TS <br />FUND FOR THE PORTSMOUTH SU~hMER RECREATION SUPPORT PROGP~A~4 AND <br />THE REGIONAL SUS~ERRECREATION SUPPORT PROGRA24 WITHIN THE <br />DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION. <br /> <br /> BE tT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of Twenty-Nine Thousand, Seven <br />Hundred Ninety-One and 00/100 ($29,791.)
