western line of the property owned by <br />the Norfolk & Portsmouth Belt Line <br />Railroad to the southern right-of-way <br />line of Glasgow Street, on the south by <br />the northern right-of-way line of High <br />Street and on the west by the eastern <br />right-of-way line of Mt. Vernon Avenue. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the same are hereby <br />closed and vacated as public streets, that the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, reserves unto itself perpetual ease- <br />ments, rights and privileges to install, maintain, operate <br />and replace gas mains, sewer mains, sewer drains, sanitary <br />sewers, storm drains, water mains and latterats, electric <br />power lines, within, over, under and across those portions <br />of Queen Street described as follows: <br /> <br /> That portion of Queen Street in the <br />City of Portsmouth~ Virginia, from the <br />eastern most line of Mount Vernon Avenue <br />to the western most line of Kirn Avenue. <br /> <br /> This ordinance shall be effective from the date of <br />its adoption. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginiat at a meeting held June 22, 1976. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
