Marina: A small harbor or boat basin providing <br />berthing for small pleasure craft, minor repair facilities, <br />sale of miscellaneous marine supplies to include marine <br />fueling, related facilities for the display and sale of <br />small pleasure craft but not including construction or major <br />repair facilities. <br /> <br /> Nonconforming uses and structures as provided in <br />Sections 40-32 through 40-38. <br /> <br /> Office buildings: Governmental and private office <br />buildings, including professional offices. <br /> <br /> Public utility distribution lines, transformers <br />end necessary related facilities. <br /> <br />Radio and television stations and masts. <br /> <br /> Restaurants, except those providing drive-in curb <br />service. <br /> <br /> Retail stores, food stores, groceries and deli- <br />catessens, book shops~ clothing ~stores,~ florist, iewelrY <br />and gift Shops and other retail outlets similar to those <br />named. <br /> <br /> Signs, illuminated or otherwise, pursuant to ~the <br />terms of Section 40-139. ' ' ~ ..... <br /> <br /> Theatres~ housed in a'p~rmanen% indoor structure <br /> <br /> (b) Within the Waterfront W-!
