A'N ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $54,603. FROM TBE FEDERAL GRANTS <br />FUND FOR THE ESTABLISEMENT OF AN EMERGENCY SHELTER CARE PRO- <br />GRAM FOR YOUTHFUL STATUS OFFENDERS. <br /> <br /> BE IT. ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of Fifty-four Thousand, Six <br />Hundred Three and 00/100 ($54,603.)
