FROM THE FEDERAL GRANTS <br />FUND FOR RADIO EQUIPMENT FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT AND TRAIN- <br />ING AND EDUCATION OF LAW ENFORCF~ENT OFFICERS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of Seventy-one Thousand Seventy- <br />three and 00/100 ($71,073.)
