Any person who willfully violates his written prcmise to appear, <br />given in accordance with this section, shall be guilty of a Class 1 <br />misdanaanor, regardless of, and in addition to, the disposition of the <br />charge upon which he was originally arrested, st~m~oned or notified, to <br />appear. <br /> <br /> 2.
