FROM THE CAPITAL I~-~PROVE- <br />MENT FUND FOR THE ENGINEERING AND DESIGN OF A SLUDGE DISPOSAL <br />FACILITY FOR THE WATER TREATMENT PLANT IN SUFFOLK. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Fifty-five Thousand and 00/100 <br />($55,000.)
