AN ORDINANCE TO APHROPRIATE $25,275. FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVE- <br />MENT FUNDFOR THE PURC~LASE OF CAPITAL EQUIPMENT FOR THE POLICE <br />DEPARTmeNT, CENTRAL RECORDS AND PHOTOGRAPHIC PR©CESSING FACILI- <br />TIES. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Twenty-five Thousand, Two Hundred <br />Seventy-five and 00/100 ($25,275.)
