Dollars be, <br />and the same hereby is, appropriated from the Capital Improvement Fund <br />for engineering, attorneys' fees, architectural fees, test piling and <br />~soit boring associated with the Central Parking Garage and Parking Ramp <br />in the Waterfront Development. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a <br />meeting held June 28, 1977. <br /> <br /> <br />
