Bilisoly: <br /> <br /> Please find enclosed a copy of a Resolution appointirg vi~ers for <br />the proposed closirg of ~iiddle Street between County and Col~mbia Streets, <br />an original and five copies of the viewers' report fo~ and one original of <br />an ac~owledgament of receipt of payment. I also enclose copies of comu~ts <br />concerning the above referenced street closure obtained from private u~cili- <br />ties and city departments for distribution to each viewer. <br /> <br /> After the viewing of the said street has been accompIished, please <br />be so kind as to have each viewer sign the report and indicate in the form <br />to the right of his signature either one of two resoonses: 1. If he believes <br />that no inconvenience would result from closing and vacatir~% the said street, <br />have the viewer strike out the parenthetical phrase "(the following)"; or <br />2. If he believes ttmt inconvenience would result from closing aud vacating <br />said street, have the viewer strike out the vord '(no)' Ln p~rent~hesis and <br />indicate, in a legible manner, in the space marked ~Lao~uents'!~what inconven- <br />ience he believes would result. <br /> <br /> Please return the signed original report to tbJs office. ;Each <br />viewer may retain one copy of the report for his o~.m records. <br /> <br /> By copy of this letter, I am requesting PKchael Goode <br />(attorney for) the ps~ty requesting the closure, to forward to you checks <br />for payment of each viewer in the amount of ($10.00) per viewer.
