AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $15,000. FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROV~ENT <br />FUND FOR PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING COSTS OF THE VICTORY BOULEVARD <br />AN~ PORTSMOUTH BOULEVARD CONNECTOR A~-~ A COI~LMUTER BIKE-WAY FOR <br />GEORGE WASHINGTON HIGHWAY. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Fifteen Thousand and 00/100 ($15,000.) <br />Dollars be, and the same hereby is, appropriated from the Capital <br />Improvement Fund for preliminary engineering costs of the Victory <br />Boulevard and Portsmouth Boulevard Connector and a commuter bike- <br />way for George Washington Highway. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Vir- <br />ginia, at a meeting held June 14t 1977. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
