FROM TP~ FEDE~RAL GRANTS FUND <br />FOR THE 1977 SU~MER RECREATION SUPPORT PROGRAM. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of Twenty-two Thousand, Eight <br />Hundred Thirty-six and 00/100 ($22,836.)
