FRO~i TP~ GRANTS FU~-~ FOR <br />THE ESTABLIS}~4ENT OF A YOUTH CONSERVATION CORPS DAY CA~[P A~ <br />A YOUNG ADULT CONSERVATION CORPS C~4P AT EACH OF THE CITY'S <br />FOUR PARKS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Seventy-seven Thousand, Three Hund- <br />red Five and 00/100 ($77,305.)
