Cable TV. <br /> <br /> Every person conducting, operating and engaging in the business, <br />trade or occupation of Cable TV shall pay an annual license ~ in <br />the amount of Two Hundred Fifty and 00/i00 ($250.CO). <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a <br />meeting held May 9~ 1978. <br /> <br />City Cler~ <br /> <br /> <br />
