AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $181,OO0~ FROM THE GRANTS F~D FOR <br />THE BALANCE OF FUNDING REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE CRADOCK STREETS <br />AND SEWER IMPROVEMENTS~ PHASE III~ <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia that the su/n of One Hundred Eighty-one Thousan~ and <br />OO/100 ($181,000.)
