AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, <br />VIRGINIA, 1973, .BY AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE Z-78-10. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virgznia, 1973, that that portion of the Zoning Map attached <br />to and made a part of the Zoning Ordinance 'of the City of <br />Por[smouth, 1973, which now zones as residential R-75-S, the <br />property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment No. Z- <br />78-10 is hereby ~mended and changed so as to show said <br />property zoned as C-1 Conditional. Said condition is that <br />the use of the property and its improvements shall be limited <br />to barber~ beauty and other personal services in combination <br />with a single family dwelling. Attached to-this conditional <br />zoning permit is a proffer of Thomas W. Butler and Lillian <br />P. Butler which proffer is incorporated by reference herein <br />and made a part hereof. <br /> <br /> The property affected by this ordinance is described as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning at the northeast corner of <br /> Portsmouth Boulevard and Cypress Road; thence <br /> northerly along the west side of ~ypress Road <br /> 225' to a side property line; thence westerly <br /> approximately 98' to a point; thence southerl]~ <br /> approximately 235' to the north right-of-way <br /> line of Portsmouth Boulevard; thence easterly <br /> along said right-of-way approximately 98' <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />at a meeting held October 24, 1978. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
