Section 40-254. <br /> <br />Petition for review of decision. <br /> <br /> Any zoning applicant who is aggreived by the decision <br />of the Building Official pursuant to the provisions herein, <br />may petition the City Council for the review of the decision <br />of the Zoning Administrator. <br /> <br />Section 40-255. Amendments and variations of conditions. <br /> <br /> There shall be no amendment or variation of conditions <br />created pursuant to the provisions of Section 40-251 herein <br />until after a public hearing before the City Council advertised <br />pursuant to the provisions of Section 15~1-431~ Code of Virginia, <br /> <br /> 2.
