Flame <br />spread ratings of walls and ceilings in living <br />units and all other spaces shall not exceed 75. <br /> <br />Ail door knobs and fixture handles shall be <br />either knurled or lever-type to facilitate grip- <br />ping. <br /> <br />Ail door saddles shall be flat insofar as possible <br />to prevent tripping. <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
