FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVE- <br />MENT FUND FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES AND FEES, LITIGATION EXPENSES <br />AND OTHER COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SALE OF A SEG~4ENT OF THE <br />PORTSMOUTH I~ATER SYSTEM LOCATED IN THE CITY OF SLrFFOLK, <br />VIRGINIA. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmou~mh, <br />Virginia, that the sum of One Hundred Thousand and O0/100 <br />($100~O00.)
